399bet FAQ — answers to all questions about bonuses, deposits and VIP benefits

After creating a new account, 399bet automatically gives a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. No separate code is needed to receive the bonus — just complete the first deposit successfully.

The wagering requirement for the 399bet welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, the total wagering target is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. If you receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000. Once you complete that amount in wagers, you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.

Generally, slots, live casino, table games and sports bets at 399bet all contribute to bonus wagering. However, the contribution rate may differ by game — slots typically contribute the most. Read 399bet's terms and conditions or visit the terms and conditions page for accurate details.

No, the 399bet welcome bonus is available to each member only once — on the first deposit. If the same person tries to claim the bonus by opening a new account, it will be treated as a violation of the bonus policy and both accounts may be suspended. Other weekly and special offers are available on subsequent deposits.

Yes, at 399bet you can generally contact live chat within a set period after activating a bonus to request cancellation. However, cancelling the bonus will also remove any winnings earned from it. If wagering is not completed within a set period, the bonus expires — but this is not fixed, so check with the support team for the latest information.

399bet currently supports three mobile banking methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). These three services are widely accessible to most members in Bangladesh, making the deposit process fast and straightforward.

The minimum deposit at 399bet is ৳100 — the same limit applies across all three methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Starting with a small amount makes it easy to get started with slots or cricket betting.

399bet does not charge any deposit fee directly. However, bKash may apply its own charges on send money or payment transactions according to its policies — that is bKash's policy, not 399bet's. Check the charges in your bKash app at the time of deposit.

To deposit via bKash at 399bet: log in to your account, go to the deposit section and select bKash. Send the payment from bKash to the designated number and submit the transaction ID on the site. The balance is usually credited within a few minutes. If you have any issues, contact the 24/7 live chat.

Yes, the Nagad deposit process is the same as bKash — select Nagad in the deposit section, send the payment to the indicated number and provide the reference number. The minimum deposit amount is the same, ৳100. 399bet keeps the deposit experience equally simple across all three methods.

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical rate at which a slot game pays back over the long term. For example, Fortune Mouse's maximum RTP of 96.96% means that on average ৳96.96 may be returned for every ৳100 wagered. This is not a guarantee, but an indicator of probability. Higher RTP slots are generally better for longer play sessions.

If you want to play with a limited budget, choose low volatility slots — these pay out smaller wins more frequently and your balance does not run out quickly. Also look for high RTP. At 399bet's slots section you can find games from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI suited to various budgets. Keep the minimum bet per spin in mind as well.

In progressive jackpot slots, a portion of every bet goes into the jackpot pool, which keeps growing until someone wins. Games of this type are available at 399bet. The jackpot amount can sometimes be very large, but the odds of winning are lower compared to regular paylines.

Volatility (or variance) is a measure of how risky a game is. High volatility slots pay out less frequently but in larger amounts. Low volatility slots pay out smaller wins more regularly. At 399bet, games from Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming are generally high volatility, while many PG Soft games are medium volatility.

In most slots, the free spins feature is activated when a certain number of scatter symbols land (usually 3 or more). During free spins, additional multipliers or special features may be available. In some games you can also buy the free spins. The conditions for free spins differ for each slot game at 399bet, so it is worth reading the game information before playing.

399bet VIP members receive cashback every week — a portion of net losses is returned. VIP members also enjoy priority support, special offers, and early access to new games. You can see full details of all benefits on the 399bet VIP page.

399bet has three VIP levels:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

At each level, cashback depends on the net loss for that week.

Cashback is calculated on the week's total net loss (losses minus wins). For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback is: ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200. This is an example of the maximum cashback at that level. Cashback is credited directly to the account.

At 399bet, your VIP tier rises through regular play and betting. Stay active, play various games and make deposits — the more activity, the greater the chance of reaching a higher tier. Contact 399bet support to find out the specific criteria.
