Membership and Account Registration

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 399bet reserves the right to cancel all of them.

A member may request account closure at any time by contacting the 399bet support team. Before the account is closed, the member must ensure that all withdrawable funds have been withdrawn.

3.1 KYC Verification

5.2 Weekly Reload Reward

As a weekly 399bet reload reward, a 30% bonus on deposits, up to ৳5,000, is offered. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus, with a minimum deposit of ৳100. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any deposit.

5.3 Other Promotions

• 399bet Slots Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000 — wagering 20 times the bonus. Applicable once per day on slot game deposits only.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000 — wagering 18 times the bonus. Applicable once per week for bets on cricket or sports.
• 399bet Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500 — wagering 10 times the bonus. Claimable once per year.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• 399bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Bets placed on the 399bet platform cannot be changed or cancelled after final confirmation. In the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances, 399bet reserves the right to cancel any bet or transaction.

6.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, the odds set at the time a bet is confirmed will not change. In live betting, however, odds change in real time and the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.

6.3 Cancelled or Abandoned Events

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that event is generally returned.
• If the match is not completed within the specified time, special rules may apply.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

To maintain the security and fairness of the 399bet platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using a false identity or a third party's details.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to predetermine game outcomes or colluding with other members.

7.2 Money Laundering
